At Without Wax Media, we take pride in delivering high-quality books and products. Because many of our items are made to order or include signed copies, all sales are considered final.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging



Once verified, we will either:

  • send a replacement, or
  • issue a refund at our discretion.



Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Without Wax Media is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (USPS).
